✅ Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team.
✅ Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications.
✅ Prepare reports, presentations, and board meeting materials.
✅ Serve as a key liaison between staff, board members, donors, and external partners.
✅ Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
✅ Assist with grant applications, fundraising activities, and donor relations.
✅ Take the lead on special projects that support the mission of Billy T Cattan Recovery Outreach.
✔ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an executive administrative role (non-profit experience a plus!).
✔ Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
✔ Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Strengths: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver who can multitask.
✔ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
