Executive Administrative Assistant

Full-Time

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment? Billy T Cattan Recovery Outreach is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team and advancing our mission of substance use treatment and recovery.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team.

✅ Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications.

✅ Prepare reports, presentations, and board meeting materials.

✅ Serve as a key liaison between staff, board members, donors, and external partners.

✅ Oversee office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.

✅ Assist with grant applications, fundraising activities, and donor relations.

✅ Take the lead on special projects that support the mission of Billy T Cattan Recovery Outreach.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an executive administrative role (non-profit experience a plus!).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strengths: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem-solver who can multitask.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and compassionate demeanor.

Mission-Driven: Passion for supporting individuals in recovery and dedication to our non-profit mission.

Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach Center is currently hiring for a Licensed Counselor.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are now accepting applications for a Full-Time Licensed Counselor.

Candidates must be licensed in Texas as a LPC, LCSW or LCDC.

This position provides substance use disorder treatment services, including assessment, treatment planning, individual counseling, advocacy, referral, service monitoring along with documentation of services provided.
