In 1999, a group of dedicated citizens, ministers, and medical professionals came together with a shared concern: the lack of substance abuse programs in our rural community. Inspired by the legacy of Billy Ty Cattan, a local businessman who dedicated his life to helping others after his own recovery, our organization was born. Today, we stand as a testament to his passion and our collective commitment to change.
Our mission is to empower individuals and families to overcome substance use and co-occurring disorders. We focus on strengthening their physical, spiritual, and mental well-being, ensuring a holistic recovery.
We envision a community where quality treatment is accessible to all, delivered by a team that continuously strives for excellence, compassion, and transformative care.
At the heart of Billy T. Cattan Recovery Outreach lie values deeply rooted in faith, hope, and transformation. These principles guide our every step, ensuring that we serve with integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment.
Every individual has the inherent potential to recover. We view addiction as a treatable ailment, not a life sentence.
Our faith guides our actions. We believe that through Christ-Centered principles, in an environment of honesty and accountability, true healing is possible.
We stand firm in the belief that every soul can find peace, purpose, and wholeness in God, leading a life that's free from the shackles of addiction.
Behind every success story is a team of dedicated professionals who bring our mission to life. From counselors to administrative staff, each member plays a pivotal role in shaping the futures of those we serve.
